SHIPPING & POLICIES

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for any reason no questions asked, as long as they are returned in new condition and postmarked within 10 Days of the original shipping date.


All returns must be sent back within 10 days of ORIGINAL SHIPPING date, after that no returns or exchanges are eligible. Customer is responsible for shipping fees or return items and shall provide tracking information if the item is lost in transit.  

If you'd like to return or exchange an item within the allotted return window please send us an email so we can keep an eye out for it and let you know once it is received.  Exchanges will be sent out the day after the original item is received and inspected.  If you'd like to contact us about a return or exchange please email Josh at thehighthaihelp@gmail.com

Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you need your order rushed please email us at thehighthaihelp@gmail.com and we will do our best to speed up the processing time.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you would like us to ship to your country, please reach out to us and let us know so that we can make this possible in the future!!How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thehighthaihelp@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thehighthaihelp@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
